Reviews

What it's like to work with us.

“From our perspective, it felt like the whole team at Shopwell was personally invested in our success. After a few failed attempts at hiring an external agency to help us build our new website and brand identity, we felt incredibly supported and confident early on in the process with Shopwell's dynamic team of experts. We highly recommend them to successfully develop and launch a new website and/or brand identity. 5 stars from Swede!”

What it solves

Being early is fine. Looking unfinished isn't.

Nobody can repeat what you do

If the founder explains the company differently in every meeting, no investor or customer can carry the story for you.

The category is crowded

Five companies claiming the same benefit in the same tone. Positioning is what makes yours the one people remember.

Looking smaller than you are

A default template site and inconsistent decks make buyers wonder whether you'll still exist next year.

Enterprise buyers hesitate

Procurement and security reviews start with a judgment about whether you look like a real company.

Every asset looks different

The site, the deck, the one-pager, and the job posts each made by a different person in a hurry.

Hiring is harder than it should be

Strong candidates take offers from companies that look like they're going somewhere. Brand is part of that read.

What we help with

Clarity first. Craft close behind.

01

Positioning & narrative

What you do, who it's for, and why now — in words a customer, a candidate, and a partner all understand the same way.

02

Naming & verbal identity

Naming or name validation, voice, and the messaging hierarchy your whole team writes from.

03

Visual identity

Logo, type, color, and a system flexible enough to survive a pivot without a rebuild.

04

Launch website

A site that makes the case clearly — designed and built by us, editable by you.

What's included

Enough to launch. Nothing you don't need yet.

Scoped to your stage and runway — often alongside pitch deck design when there's a round in flight.

Identity built and shown on real applications — site, deck, product UI — so you approve reality.

04

Website and assets shipped, files handed over, and a short guide your team can work from.

Why Shopwell

A studio that has built brands people trust with their money.

Credibility is the deliverableWe've built for brands in categories where trust is the product. That standard is what young companies borrow from good design.
Fast without looking rushedScoped in weeks around founder availability, because runway and round timing are real constraints.
We build what we designSite and assets shipped by the same studio — no handoff to a developer who wasn't in the room.
Honest about stageIf you're too early for a full identity, we'll scope down instead of selling you a programme you don't need.

The difference

Not a six-month brand programme. On purpose.

Traditional brand agencies

Shopwell

One focused session with the founders

Identity shown on moodboards

Identity shown on your real site and deck

Scoped honestly to where you actually are

FAQ

Deciding questions, straight answers.

When should a startup invest in branding?

When the cost of being misunderstood starts to exceed the cost of fixing it — usually around a funding round, a first real go-to-market push, or an enterprise sales motion where buyers judge credibility before they judge product. Pre-product-market-fit, keep it light and get back to talking to customers.

How fast can you move?

A focused positioning and identity sprint runs 4 to 6 weeks; with a launch website, 8 to 12. We scope to your round timeline or launch date and tell you up front what fits and what doesn't.

Do you help with naming?

Yes — naming, or pressure-testing a name you already have. We work through availability and trademark screening with your counsel rather than handing you a name that can't be registered.

We're pre-revenue. Is this premature?

Sometimes, and we'll say so. If you're still changing the product weekly, a full identity is the wrong spend — a sharp positioning statement and a clean one-page site is usually the right one. We'd rather scope small now and do the full build when it earns its place.

What do we walk away with?

Positioning and messaging, a logo and identity system with files, type and color systems, presentation and document templates your team can use, and a website — everything you need to look consistent across a fundraise and a launch.

Can you work with our existing investors' brand requirements?

Yes. We're used to working with board input, investor feedback, and the practical constraint that a founder's time is the scarcest resource in the project. Decisions get framed clearly so approval doesn't take three weeks.
